At ITE we are working to make placing an order easy and convenient. Given most of our products are specialized, our preference is you call us to place your order so we can answer any remaining questions you may have. Most of our customers like this approach.

North American Customers: We accept two major credit cards: Visa and MasterCard from North American customers. We also accept checks and money orders. Sorry, we do not ship products COD.
Government and Educational Institutions: We accept purchase orders (with net 30 day terms) for government agencies and educational institutions only.
International Customers: ITE has sold telescopes and accessories to customers in many countries including Chile, Spain, Iceland, The Netherlands, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Hong Kong. For orders outside of North America we ask for electronic transfer of funds or an international money order.
