Recently, ITE has agreed to work with TETON telescopes and supply them with our fine offerings of Mak-Cass, Mak-Newt and Astrographic instruments. ITE also offers its technical support and customer support to TETON as well.
ITE is now an authorized dealer for Orion Telescopes. In keeping with our high standards for quality control, all Orion optical products purchsed from ITE will pass through our optical laboratory testing facility. Orion mounts and other accessories are also fully supported by ITE.
While many of our products are manufactured overseas, all warranty service is conducted by at our facility in Jupiter, FL.

We are the astronomy company in the USA that optically bench tests, mechanically checks and collimates all of our telescopes before shipping them to customers. Star tests alone are not reliable, as they are dependent on viewing conditions and the subjective judgment and skill level of the tester. Optical bench tests are conducted by ITE in a scientific manner under controlled laboratory conditions using calibrated instruments. Optical bench tests are the only reliable means of verifying optical quality in an objective, scientific manner.
